Order Inspection and Returns
We strive to deliver your order in perfect condition, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly. We’ll evaluate the situation and make it right. However, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For the quickest exchange process, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the desired replacement item.
Refunds
We’ll inspect your return and notify you if a refund is approved. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your approved return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
