We offer free worldwide shipping on every order, allowing us to package and ship orders to nearly every country across the globe. However, transit times may vary depending on the location.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Yes, tracking numbers will be sent as soon as your order is shipped. However, there may be additional delays beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”.

For some shipping companies, it can take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Each order is sent with insured shipping and handling to prevent lost packages. If your order gets held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! While the postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse, in such cases, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please refer to our refund and return policy for more information on when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
